As an Operations Associate, you’ll ensure the smooth and accurate execution of daily tasks while staying compliant with internal policies. Lead and scale our day-to-day clinical support operations, ensuring white-glove service across all inbound channels related to prescription access, benefit verification, documentation issues, and prior authorization coordination. This role will oversee team performance, guide operational improvement efforts, and serve as a key escalation point for complex service issues.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects simultaneously. You must also be able to manage a Project Manager and/or an Associate Project Manager and/or team of Project Managers. A pharmaceutical advertising agency background is required for this role.

As Director of Contributor Success and Engagement for CrowdGen, you'll lead the strategy to retain and develop our Contributors (Crowd), improving NPS and Satisfaction scores, and deepening engagement across our global Crowd. You'll design and deliver an innovative program to promote loyalty, retention, and performance that make gig work more rewarding, motivating, and human.
